A 45-minute consultation for women who feel anxious, stuck, held back by fear, overthinking, procrastination or low confidence. This appointment gives us time to talk through what you would like to change, what has been getting in the way and whether The Confidence Reset is the right support for you. The work is based on CONTROL system principles and hypnotherapy-informed positive change work, but does not involve trance, being “put under” or losing control. You remain awake, aware and involved throughout.
The Confidence Reset Consultation is £45. If The Confidence Reset feels like the right next step and you choose to continue with the three-session programme, the consultation fee will be deducted from the programme price.

Thanks for a great aromatherapy massage! I was suffering frozen shoulder and neck pain and Sue added some anti-inflammatory oils to help soothe the pain. She also gave me some reflexology exercises to do and suggested some things like a decent pillow, computer mouse and chair that may help as well to prevent further issues.
